教育工作经历

2000年至今在福州大学电气工程与自动化学院电力工程系工作;

2024年英国赫尔大学访学;

2015年台湾元智大学访学;

1999年至2000年在国网福建电力科学研究院工作;

2018年博士毕业于台湾元智大学;

1999年硕士毕业于福州大学;

1996年学士毕业于福州大学。

教学简介

开设博士生课程《智能电网测量技术》《电气绝缘在线测试和故障检测》;硕士生课程《配电网自动化》;本科生课程《电气测量技术》《智能传感与检测技术》《电力系统稳态分析》《电力系统自动控制技术》。获得福州大学教学优秀一等奖,福州大学杰出青年教师励志奖;指导学生获得研究生电子设计竞赛全国总决赛金奖、中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛连续3届省赛金奖、“挑战杯”福建省大学生创业计划竞赛金奖、福建省优秀硕士学位论文等奖项和荣誉;出版教材2部,其中主编的教材《配电网自动化技术》已印刷12次,售出4万多册,入选福建省“十四五”规划教材项目,参评国家“十四五”规划教材;指导博士生7名(其中2名获国家奖学金),硕士生58名(其中8名获国家奖学金)。

科研简介

郭谋发博士,“嘉锡学者”特聘教授,福建省高层次人才(B类),致力于配电网的测量、保护与控制新技术的研究与应用,结合人工智能技术、大数据分析技术、电力电子功率变换技术、智能优化控制技术,多年来持续在配电网及其主设备故障诊断与抑制领域开展了大量和系统的应用基础研究以及工程应用,研制的配电网接地故障智能选段装置、配电网接地故障柔性抑制装置等产品,通过专利许可等方式,授权多家企业生产销售,已在国家电网和南方电网推广应用。入选爱思唯尔全球前2%顶尖科学家;获得福建省科技进步奖二等奖1项(排名第一)、机械工业科技进步奖三等奖1项(排名第一)等奖项。近年来,主持承担了包括国家自然科学基金、福建省自然科学基金及电力企业科技项目50余项;发表SCI/EI收录期刊论文100余篇;出版专著《配电网单相接地故障人工智能选线》1部;获授权国家发明专利50余项(已转让或许可6项,合同金额1100多万元)。

招生情况

招收电力系统及其自动化博士研究生、电子信息专业学位博士研究生、电力系统及其自动化学术型硕士研究生、电气工程专业型硕士研究生,每年招收博士生1-2人,硕士生5-6人。 欢迎喜欢实践动手或热爱配电网自动化技术研究的同学联系报考,可为每位学生提供充足的科研经费和先进的实验条件。
