Cai Jingdin, born in 1954, graduated from the College of Electrical Engineering of Xi'an Jiaotong University with Ph.D. in 2001, is a professor, and a postgraduate student supervisor. Now Cai is serving as a member of council in Fujian Society for Electrical Engineering, and the director in Technical Committee on Theoretical Electrical Engineering of the Fujian Society for Electrical Engineering.
Cai Jingding undertook two National Natural Science Foundation Projects and two Fujian Natural Science Foundation Projects as director during research work. For the past five years, Cai had undertook multiple research projects under the cooperation of school and corporations, been authorized two patents, accomplished one monograph of his research work, and published about fifty dissertations on the domestic academic journals and international academic meetings, twenty of which have been included by EI.
